Beware BayPlaying Ardsley tomorrow?, i'm i right in saying that they are the only team to take points from Bay this season?. I predict 2-2 with Bay scoring in the last 5 mins. Any thoughts GK?

they totaly hammered us at their spot and were not very happy about that. we got a point to prove to them as well as ourselves. i [smilie=smileybounce.gif] dont expect any slip ups

Ardsley will have to play a damn sight better than last week in the County Cup then. They had absolutely fuck all up front.

Seems like Ardsley put up another good show and from what i'm being told were a bit disappointed not getting a draw after being 3-0 down and getting back to 3-2?. Suggestions of penalty misses, cross bar etc but i'm sure it may well be a biaised report, any comments GK?

the score doesnt give due credit to both sides
firstly, even i was clapping the first three bay goals inside ten minutes, absolute quality strikes, they were straight at us and showed real quality in possession. sharpe all over the field. then at 3-0 and shellshocked we came into the game as they inevitably relaxed a tad.
we had three good chances as did they 3-0 at half time.
we decided to have a bit of a go in second half and whilst wouldnt go as far aqs to say dominated, we took the game to them and certainly they knew we were there.
we got a penalty after about 15 mins, i will say a fine save from topGK not a crap effort by our boy.
i was please we didnt let our heads go down and whilst bay could have stretched their lead they didnt, 5 minutes to go we got our reward, great wing play and a fine flying header to pull one back.
3-1 5 minutes to go and bay got the yips as we had done previously at our place, another penalty converted and 3-2.
a minute to go, bay decided to pass backward as we had done , could history repeat itself it looked nervy until top GK leathered out of site.
fair result though, witnessed both sides of bay, absolute quality and then the internal arguing which threatened to self distruct
hope they go and win it again, nice guys off the field.

a fair take on the game I.W. have got a lot of appreciation for teams that get the ball down and play and credit to you guys for sticking to that even tho you were under a lot of pressure. most teams would fall into the trap of just hoofing it. the performance in last 30 mins should be your benchmark for the rest of the season if you can keep that form consistent you should do alright. am gonna back you guys to take points off the so called "big boys" so dont dissapoint me.
